Estimate follow-ups for contractors
Don’t let a good estimate go quiet.
QuoteLasso tells you which customers to follow up with today and drafts a short, friendly email for each one. During your trial, due follow-ups send on their own. Turn that off anytime and press Send yourself.
14-day free trial, no card required. Then a free manual plan or upgrade. Works on your phone.
Just BCC your estimates. No typing.
How it works
Three steps. No setup call, no training.
Step 1: Add the estimate
BCC your estimates to QuoteLasso, or forward one you’ve already sent. You can still type one in, or import a spreadsheet.
Step 2: Follow-ups get scheduled
By default, 2, 5 and 10 days after you send it. You see the exact dates before you save, and can change the timing anytime.
Step 3: Review, or let them send
The first check-in, second reminder, and final follow-up each get their own wording. During the trial they send on their own. Turn that off anytime if you’d rather press Send. When the customer replies, the rest stop.
Not a CRM. QuoteLasso does one job: making sure every estimate gets a follow-up.
You stay in control of what customers get
Your reputation is on every email. During the trial, due follow-ups send from the template you can edit. Turn automatic sending off and nothing goes out until you press Send.
You can turn sending off
Automatic sending starts on for the 14-day trial. Turn it off in Settings and every follow-up waits for you to press Send. After the trial, the Free plan is 1 new estimate a week and you send each follow-up unless you upgrade.
Your words, your name
Emails use the template you write and sign off with your business name. No robotic sales copy.
Replies come to you
When a customer hits reply, QuoteLasso forwards it to your inbox and stops the rest of the follow-ups.
Easy to opt out
Every email has a link to stop follow-ups. If a customer uses it, QuoteLasso stops emailing them.

How the free trial works
Create an account and you get 14 days of Starter, with automatic sending on. No card. When those days end, the workspace stays on Free: 1 new estimate a week, up to 100 open estimates, and you send each follow-up yourself. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade anytime to add more estimates and turn automatic sending back on. Checkout does not add a second 14-day trial. If days are still left, your card is charged when they run out.
Every plan includes
- Follow-up reminders and ready-to-send drafts
- Wording for each follow-up step
- Reply tracking that stops follow-ups
- Spreadsheet (CSV) import
- Unsubscribe handling built in
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep the plan until the period you’ve paid for ends, then you’re on Free.
Questions contractors ask
Will QuoteLasso email my customers without asking me?
During the 14-day trial, automatic sending is on, so a due follow-up goes out using your template. Turn it off in Settings before anything is due if you’d rather press Send, and you can still edit any follow-up first. After the trial, the Free plan never sends unless you press Send.
What will my customers see?
A short, plain email in your words. Your business name is the sender name, and the address is followups@quotelasso.com. There is a one-line link at the bottom to stop follow-ups. When they reply, QuoteLasso forwards the message to your email.
Is this a CRM?
No. QuoteLasso keeps the estimates you’ve sent and the follow-ups for each one. The dashboard shows which estimates are waiting, replied, or won. It does not schedule crews, send invoices, or keep a contact database.
Can I add estimates I’ve already sent?
Yes. BCC the estimate, forward one you’ve already sent, type it in, or import a spreadsheet. There’s an example file to copy.
What happens when a customer replies?
An email reply is forwarded to your inbox, the estimate is marked replied, and the remaining follow-ups stop. It waits on your dashboard until you mark it won or lost, or you can set a private reminder. If they reply by phone or in person, use Customer replied and the follow-ups stop the same way.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Every new account gets a 14-day Starter trial with automatic sending, and no card. When it ends, you stay on the Free plan: 1 new estimate a week, up to 100 open estimates, and you send each follow-up yourself. Your estimates stay. Upgrade to Starter or Pro to add more estimates and turn automatic sending back on. Upgrading doesn’t start a second free trial.
What counts as an open estimate?
Any estimate you haven’t marked won or lost, including drafts, estimates waiting on a reply, and estimates marked replied. Archived estimates don’t count.
Start with the estimates you sent this week.
Add one, and QuoteLasso will remind you when it’s time to check in.
